Federal Advocacy

We work with Ohio’s congressional delegation and national partners to:

• Protect Head Start as a federal-to-local program 
• Support sustainable funding 
• Ensure policies reflect the realities programs are facing 

State Advocacy

We engage directly with state leaders, agencies, and partners to:

• Strengthen Head Start’s role in Ohio’s early childhood system 
• Ensure programs are included in key policy decisions 
• Align state efforts with what is happening on the ground 

Local Engagement

We help build community-level relationships, and communicate the local data that decision-makers will remember:

• Legislators 
• Local leaders 
• Community partners
