Step Up To Quality is a STATEWIDE voluntary Three-Star Quality Rating System for early childhood programs licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.  Step Up To Quality recognizes and promotes early care and education programs that meet quality benchmarks over and above minimum health and safety licensing standards.

This is the site if the Ohio Early Care and Education Campaign (OECEC) and provides a wealth of information about advocacy efforts underway for a comprehensive system of early care and education in Ohio.  OECEC is focused on making early care and education a priority with elected officials in order to secure public funding.
